Why invest in expensive offices when people don’t want to come back?

Employees don’t want to return to the office. However, covid19 also left positive learning about how to organize work and productivity. Companies already used to remote work confirmed their organizational model, and others, coming from the old world, discovered a new dimension. The latter are now confused, spend huge sums on empty spaces, and do not know how to structure themselves to keep the status of their managers.
